Unparalleled customer service! EVS is our swim team store. Besides team gear and a few odds and ends (goggles, fins, snorkel, etc), until today we have always shopped online for her equipment needs. After our INCREDIBLE experience they will be our number one stop for all of our sporting needs! To make a long story short, my daughter has regionals this weekend and we have one cat shredded tech suit and 3 ordered online, of which none fit correctly. She was beyond upset and inconsolable until it dawned on me to call EVS and see if they could help. Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and suggested we come on down and he can help her find a good fitting tech suit. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile and the tech suit I asked about on the phone waiting for us behind the counter. Without exaggeration, my daughter tried on NINE tech suits because Tyler went out of his way to search for endless options to help us. He found her the perfect suit and the part that makes him and EVS even more special is that they close at 6pm and at 650pm my kiddo was still pulling on tech suit after tech suit. Jerry was also inconvenienced by us and stuck at the store, but he too was empathetic and never once rushed us. The prices were amazing so I strongly suggest that everyone with swim needs head to EVS without hesitation and you will be wonderfully surprised like we were tonight. Tyler, I cannot thank you enough for mending my kiddo’s sad heart and showing me that there are people who understand how important this is to her. You went above and beyond anything that I could have even imagined and we are so grateful to have had you in our corner tonight. When she drops time this weekend, we have you to thank!

We have purchased our daughters team swim suits at East Valley Sports. Anytime we have been in their store, they have proven knowledgeable, fair priced, and offer good customer service. Today we had occasion to go in after purchasing an expensive tech suit from another resource. We were unsure about sizing, how to get it on, and what to do next. To say the staff was helpful is such an understatement. They were helpful, resourceful, patient, and obviously have the knowledge and experience to deliver on excellence. I will never complain about the distance to drive to this store. This shop is the only place to go for your swim gear. What a class act! Thank you all (truly all; they were a wealth of willing resources to get us what we needed). What a great place to have for the swim needs in the valley ... and hopefully beyond.

Pulled through in the end but I was VERY disappointed with the customer service. My sons swim team suit fell apart after ONE USE!!!!!!!!!!! And they werent willing to do ANYTHING for me, not even offer me 50% of the price I paid, nothing. It wasnt until I got assertive and told them Im disappointed they arent standing behind what they sell and Ill blast them on reviews did they pull through and give me new suits (good quality) in exchange. I was willing to pay the difference but they said "on them". That was nice, however, it should have started that way. Im a consumer and Ive worked retail, NEVER EVER assume the worst of your customers. Thats why there is mark up, so when a product fails you can cover the cost to keep your customers coming back.

On multiple occasion I have come to East Valley Sports with rush, last-minute orders for uniform shirts. Each time they have managed to meet the deadline. The shirts always come out looking great and are very reasonably priced. They have saved me multiple times and in doing so have earned themselves a loyal customer. I wont buy my uniforms anywhere else!

My kids are all swimmers and swim suits dont last very long when they wear them all day everyday. I love the variety of suits available here and if you dont mind last years styles, theyre really affordable and the variety is super helpful so you can tell which kids is yours from across the pool with theit wet hair and goggles

Dennis, Rusty, and the rest of the sales people are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and make the shopping trip a pleasure. The prices are right and the service and refund policy is generous. Im 27 now and have been shopping here since high school. I loved getting softball pants here. They have more choices than any other store, including chains, and for better prices. Now Im shopping for my niece and nephew. Im glad they have stayed in business for so long. Love that they do custom work too.

We tried to get my son fitted properly for a football helmet, even the big chains dont have as many samples or are they willing to help like East Valley did. Theyve taken great care of us for more than 3 years. Well definitely be back!
