If you value your safety and your life please do not go to San Tan motor sports. On April 10th 2017, my boyfriend made the mistake of trusting this shop to work on his motorcycle. The shop was only supposed to change a front tire, and replace the rear brakes. We called in to voice concerns about how the bike was riding immediately after picking up the bike, and Russell the counter manager said it was because new tires run slick until theyre broken in. The bike sat from April 10th until may 13th, 2017. On this day my boyfriend called in to advise that bike still felt off. Russell said that we would have to bring the bike in to be looked at because he changed and bled the brakes personally. On the way back to san tan motorsports, we took the bike to the local tire shop who advised the tire pressure was at 72 psi (for this motorcycle the max psi is 42) and they corrected the over inflation. We made it to San Tan motor sports, but the location was closed. On our way home the brakes gave out and caused an accident, putting not only myself and my boyfriends life at risk, but also our unborn child. (Talk about a unique way to find out youre pregnant.) When my boyfriend went to San Tan motorsports on may 15th, 2017, he had me on the phone and was greeted with barrage of racial slurs by the staff, he was threatened by a baseball bat, and lied on to the police. He was denied the ability to talk to a manager or the owner, and San Tan motorsports refused to honor their work, saying it has been over 30 days. When we advised not even 25 miles were put on the motorcycle since the day they worked on it they did not care and said that it was out of the warranty time frame. When he called in at a later date, someone claiming to be the manager said he would re bleed the brakes if we brought the motorcycle in, and when we advised that we didnt trust their mechanics to properly do the work we were cussed out on the phone. This is a very unprofessional and unsafe shop who will not honor their work and admit to their mistakes.

I took my 2001 kawasaki zx6r to San Tan motor sports in April 2017, to get a new front tire, and to get the rear brakes replaced. Russell initially gave me 3 separate quotes before charging me $215, which was still a cheaper price than the competition. The bike sat for about a month in a garage due to bad carbs which were rebuilt. On 5/13/17 the bike was up and running again however the brakes kept locking up and the clutch felt really loose. I called and talked to Russell again who advised that the bike was out of the 1month warranty and that they would not honor their work. On 5/14/17 I took the bike to big o tires on hunt hwy and Gary rd in San Tan Valley, only to find out that San Tan Motor Sports had over inflated the tires to 75 psi (when the max psi is 42). Big o tires corrected the psi and my girlfriend and i went on a ride. We did not even put a full 25 miles on the bike before an accident was caused due to the brakes locking up. I found out afterwards that they did not tighten the chain back, and left an air bubble in the brake line. When I brought this information to s.t.m.s. they first said they did bleed the brakes, and did it correctly, but when I told them about the accident they said that there was no need to bleed the brakes at the time of working on the bike and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I have the phone calls recorded and also went into the store only to be threatened with a baseball bat, called racial slurs by the supposed general manager (some older white fellow with gray and black hair in a ponytail) and had the police called on me for asking for a manager or to speak with the owner. If you value your safety and your life please do not go to San Tan Motor Sports.

The worst business I have worked with!!! I just brought my 400ex back for the second time and after 2 weeks in their shop on two different occasions, the carburetor still leaks fuel all over the place. I brought it back for warranty work and they said they could not duplicate the problems and the moment I take the quad for a test ride it leaks all over the place. They said to leave it in reserve because it was almost out of gas but it was leaking in the on position. As soon as I put it in the on position it leaked non stop. So much so that I feel it may run out of fuel on long rides. They were supposed to complete the work in one day and it took a week and they didnt even fix it. Beware beware beware. After I got angry and expressed my frustration, the manger, Jerry, accused me of trying to get out of paying for labor on the front brakes($37). I of course paid the bill and was even more insulted. The carb is under warranty here but they are incompetent crooks and I would rather take it to a real shop I can trust. They even have unpaid, untrained interns doing the work, sorry Nate, your a nice kid, but I am a paying customer who has paid over $400 in repairs on two quads and expect it to work and to be treated fairly. They also lost a piece of the quad on a test ride and took no responsibility. I have to look for it down the road. Luckily I found it. Never never again to San Tan Motor Sports!!!!!!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my 94 GSXR 1100 in to have a new chain and sprocket set put on. According to the shop while they were test ridding it ( doesnt take special insurance to test ride other peoples bikes) my left lower supposedly blew off braking my front fairing, left lower, and upper cover. Eric the manager told me they are not liable and to sue them. Wow really your machanice is on my bike when something brakes and you are not responsible and truth be known I think they are not telling the truth due to all the bolts being in the bike fairings. It looks to me and others as if they were to lazy to remove the lower fairings and pulled on them to get the clutch housing off and then they snapped around the bolts thats the only way the fairing bolts could still be in the frame while they are hadding me pieces of my bike back. They cause thousands of dollars of damage to my bike. Then told me to pound dirt and sue them. Please do not let these guys work on your bikes. I hate to see anyone go through what I am right now. And I am not the competition just a guy that got screwed by this shop.. I only went to them because they were close to home and I was in a hurry to leave for the track that afternoon. My normal shop is in Mesa and just need to have the time. This is what I get CONSUMER PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

I want to write a review which best describes my experience with this shop, some of which was good, and some was not so good. It would appear the repairs were completed satisfactorily and the price was fair, but what I was unappreciative of was the customer service and the condition in which my bike was in when the work was finished. I take a lot of pride in maintaining my bike and keep it spotless but when I picked it up it was filthy. Something was dripped all over my pipes, I found greasy fingerprints and dust was all over it. As far as customer service, I was treated with disrespect and felt misled on the phone when I questioned the person about an issue. This will be my only visit to this shop, I was hoping for a better experience.
