It wasnt explained to us that ski storage didnt mean they knew you werent skiing. My son sprained his MCL the first day didnt ski again, skis were in storage all that time had to pay for 5 days. My wife got taken out on the mountain and tore her ACL, skied 3 days had to pay for 6 days. As a family we skied 14 days but had to pay for 24. Nothing was ever said to us that you had to tell anyone besides the guys that took the skis you werent skiing. They werent understanding of the situation. I guess for our first experience we learned a lesson the hard way.

Nice gear, nice store good options but it said online they had overnight storage and that we could get sized the night before, but after we came in we had to go across to the lift ski valet which I guess they also own and pay to get a locker for our boots and helmet which we couldve avoided by just getting in the morning. And you pay for the locker with quarters every time you take the key...not super expensive but annoying. More over Ive always stored my boots overnight at rental places so they can hang on their boot dryers. Sketch.
