Ive never had a bad experience until now. We went in around 9p.m. to get some blinds cut. Well we ask an associate and he says hell go find someone...10 minutes later we see him walking around again so we ask again and he said someone will be there to cut the blinds in a few seconds..well we wait another 10 minutes until we ask a different associate so he goes to find someone...except never comes back...and then someone random guy without a home depot uniform (who apparently works there) told us he would cut the blinds...we showed him the brand and he said I dont know if we cut that brand let me go check...so we wait ANOTHER 10 minutes and he doesnt come back so we just leave because Im pissed off and you know what? WE SEE HIM AT THE CHECK OUT COUNTER DOING NOTHING BUT LOOKING AROUND AND HE MAKES EYE CONTACT WITH US AS WE LEAVE AND DOESNT SAY ANYTHING. He didnt plan on coming back and helping us we just would have been there until close if we had waited for him to come back. Ive never had any problems with home depot but I think now Ill be taking my money to Lowes.

I waited 17 days for an order of flooring to be delivered to trussville al. From Calhoun ga.a 3 and a half hour trip by car.I could not finish my job on time and lost any chance of ever getting work for these people again.talked to six people hd.and all that they would say is were sorry and we dont know what is taking so long.

They did not honor the warranty on a Toro Lawn Mower less than a year old, sent me to the attached Sunbelt store who charged me $60.00 and the mower is still broken. They would not refund my money and gave me the 800# for Toro! Infuriating! I will never step foot in this store again. $500.00 down the drain.

Some stuff is cheaper than lowes. Help is mediocre, some staff go out of their way to help you, the others you just cant find. Havent had a bad experience here this is one of the better home depots. Im a frequent flyer here, I like it. Wifi sucks somewhat that pretty much sums it up.

While some companies have a hard time being patriotic, you have the Trussville Home Depot that wears their pride in being American and supporting our service members out in public. These were prudly set up in the first non handicapped parking space in front of the store.

Holy vaca (cow in Spanish)! This place is incredible! They sell Backyard Bug Control, Lawnmowers (both green and black), umbrellas, tikis, snacks, and sundry items. A little dissatisfied with the plunger selection however, so just four stars
