Delivery was 2 hours late, which was fine. The contracted driver arrived and i asked if he would like to see the driveway in order for him to decide if he wanted to back up or pull straight in, and that i wanted the gravel spread thinkly down the length of the driveway. He would not get out, and backed up the hill/driveway. The dump truck gate jammed so he had to get out and open it more. He then spread 90% of the gravel in only 25% of the driveway. He pulled to the end of the drive, still did not get out, handed down a reciept showing he delivered it. After 3 days of hard work trying to spread the gravel i called C.C. I sent pictures, then called today, 3.15.11 I explained this to him, he asked what i wanted and i replied what i asked for. He said i would have to contact the trucking company and complain. I replied that they paid the trucking company so why would i have to go to them and complain?

I have always got great service out of Webb. They stock quality products at reasonable prices. We did a whole house remodel a few years ago and purchased all the material from them. They are also great about supporting community functions. Some caution! This is not Home Depot, it is a contractors supply company. You need to know what you are ordering and what the expectations should be.

I called ahead of my order to get them to come see if they could do it...They never did that then took my order did bring my gravel or even call worst business ever dont waste your time call another business
