This has got to be the most unfriendly, oppressed, unhappy group of people I have ever seen! EVERYTIME we go in this place! I have 35+ years exp.in the construction industry and these guys think they are it! The youngest one (behind the counter) especially! and the "Santa Claus" looking guy???? FORGET IT! LEARN SOME CUSTOMER CARE and RESPECT!!!! I WILL NOT HAND THESE PEOPLE ANOTHER DOLLAR!

Called ahead. Asked if they had 4x6 joist carriers. They said yes sir. I show up they had none in stock. Why tell someone you have something of you dont? Dumb.
