A most helpful manager and staff! They always go out of their way to do the best they can for their customers. Nick Garcia and his staff went way beyond the call of duty with an tricky phone upgrade for us a few days ago. Its not the first time weve been impressed with this store, either. We have experienced excellent customer service here many times so they have definitely earned our loyalty.

Spent over $60 on a book bag and left, realizing later that I was charged tax on a tax free weekend. Considering I couldve gotten the bag cheaper up the road, I should have asked I guess were they participating in the tax free deal. I went in looking for a few items, after 3 employees walked by as if I didnt exist I said forget it. To each his own I guess.

Very helpful. I had questions about specialty paper and the associate got someone from copy center and they were extremely knowledgeable. They even allowed me to feel and test the actual paper I had questions about from the copy center counter. Outstanding customer service.

I came in last minute needing to get some pre-designed business cards from my USB drive printed. I assumed Id have to wait until the next day. They had 1,000 printed in about 30 minutes! Left with them the same night. Will be using Staples on University again!

The guy working the print and copy station knows his stuff. If youre upset with him, its probably because youre the one whos dumb. I really like that the self-printing stations can tell which pages need color and which dont so you get the fairest price possible.
