As a former employee, I how difficult corporate makes it to do the job. This visit was no different. The store network was having issues and it took 2 employees and nearly 40 minutes to assist with shipping an item.

Print job (a few oversized color sheets) took more than two hours and cost $125 would have cost $5 and taken a few minutes at a Professional Reprographics shop.
