I was lost dealing with the Fax machine and went I went to ask someone for assistance they told me that they werent really sure about it and that the Managers were all on a Conference call. So I said okay and went to go try with it some more. It had been 25 minutes or so already. After about 5 minutes I saw a Manager coming out. She looked to me and others waiting around in this area and could tell we could use a little help. This lady made eye contact with me and straight away asked me is I was doing okay. I smiled and said..well nooo . She showed me how to do everything. Then afterwards went from customer to customer assisting them. To me ..it really meant alot. I wont forget her . She deserves recognition but I didnt get her name.

The employees are always helpful. And if one cant answer your question then they get someone who can. Havent had a bad experience at all. They even kept the "Black Friday" prices after the day was over with. Bought a 2 in 1 tablet with detachable key pad. Wasnt sure about how to use it...I was shown how to work it AND get acquainted with Windows 10. I do ALL my tech shopping here.b

Worst exerience, I was new to this place and really needed help so i asked for help. 1 guy acted very crazy and He was so mean to me When i was asking him for help. I dont recommend going to this Place in the future because of the Worst Workers.By the way The guy i asked for help was Arabic Guy and he works there. So f**king Mean.

I went in with the simple need to use the fax machine. It wasnt working and when I asked for help, I received a pretty rude "try again" from the guy working there. I went back to tell him it wasnt working but was ignored. I used to like this location but today just left a bad impression on me.

I just made a phone call and the young lady who answered the phone was extremely good. Very courteous, polite, and most of all, very helpful and knowledgeable on the products I requested info on. NO bums rush here!

I use this location for its Fed Ex service. At least half of the time it takes 15+ minutes to be acknowledged, much less ship my packages. Very disappointed in the training at this location.
