My fiancé and I just experience a horrible experience from the copy center at Staples. We had a very lucrative order and glad we are no longer going to give Staples our business. First off they were out of everything we needed for our invitations, so we had to run to Walmart to get everything. When we got back the girl was helping out someone, no problem at all. Then another girl came by and didnt even acknowledge us (we were next) and helped the people that just came to the counter behind us. This happened 3 separate times!!! I dont know how you can be that bad/rude at customer service unless you are blind. We waited for over 30 minutes and was never helped so we left. We used to go to staples all the time in the last city we lived in but I promise I will never be back. Shame on the management for hiring such awful employees.

All I needed was 6 sheets of paper printed and laminated. After waiting 3 hours without a phone call, I came back to check on my order. They said it would be another 2 hours. Laminating must be an incredibly difficult process. I didnt have time to wait that long so I asked if I could just get them printed so I could get them right then. They said sure but it would be another 20 minutes. Yes--to hit the print button and hand me 6 pieces of paper would take them 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to Kinkos.

Garbage. The reviews say it all. Having to come in 3 separate times to get a standard 18x24 print redone because of careless cutting and poor color matching is insane. Its my anniversary and Im having to make time for the 3rd time to come in and get my print. Manager did NOTHING to resolve the issue or make things right with me. Im still in awe of the terrible service at this store. Never spending money here again.

Customer service is horrible. They act like theyre busy doing nothing ! Plus I was charged 33 dollars to be on the computer for 20 minutes and to print out 13 pages !!!! I shouldve just saved my money and ordered a wireless printer from Walmart and just printed them from my phone . Wouldve been the same. !!! Too expensive here its insane.

Printing staff in incapable of getting a single order correct. I email simple printing orders in an explain word for word simple instructions amd the print it incorrectly .I know people make mistakes but over and over is ridiculous. The location is convenient for me but I guess I will drive across town to the other office supply store

The printing staff said my pictures were under $1.00 per page I had 9 printed yet my total owed was $13.00. The woman Brandi was nice, but the other short haired woman was rude to me the moment I walked in. The pictures were dark. I would not go back to any staples after this experience with the printing staff. DO NOT go here.

Just wasted time and money in this joke of a store. The 2 women at the printing desk literally were the laziest ladies in Nashville. Needless to say Im on my way to office Max to get what I need printed. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Oh and a bit of advice for the 2 in the printers area, get a job you can do.

I was transferred to the copier section where my call was answered n immediately placed on hold where it then timed out of their system and called again only to repeat the immediate answer and placement on hold without ever speaking to anyone! Thanks staples looks like im going to officemax.

This place is a joke. NEVER go to the print and copy center not only are they rude and incompetent and couldnt even do a simple print job! They wouldnt accept my ZIPPED PDF via email because its two big... And my only other option was to BUY a flash drive. SERIOUSLY? Incompentent.

Everytime I go there to get something printed or label made for my business, theres always an issue or atleast a long wait.. poor service for assistance & im running on limited time to run errand like these.. will go elsewhere next time

Horrible customer service, the so called "manager" had no clue about the self service copying and didnt even try to help. Every time Ive tried to use their copy services there has been a problem, Ill never go back. This place is a joke.

4 separate attempts to have items printed off here. 4 times the printed items have been smeared, improperly cropped, or delayed. Geez. Its not that hard. 4 color copies for wedding DVD covers. My goodness.
