Will NEVER shop Ethan Allen again. Paid over $3,000 for king size mattress/box springs. Less than a year later the top mattresses looked like something seen in a seedy hotel after years of use. Deep body hollows that not only look terrible, (even seen with thick comforter on top) but slope our heads downward. The "powers that be" came out and did all type of measuring, only to determine that the hog wallows were not deep enough to meet their standards for replacement, but actually needed to be TWICE as deep!!! We are 135&185 pounds. Sorriest customer service ever for such an expensive item.

This place has amazing furniture. Be prepared though. This is a perfect place to shop only if youre willing to pay more for the selection they have. Custom furniture/ bedding and upholstery are available. If you go upstairs you can design and customize your own pieces with the help of their staff. Again, this is Not a place to shop if you are more concerned with cost than selection. Its like the Mercedes Benz dealership but for furniture.

Cant say enough about the design services from Ashley! She came out to my home, took measurements, asked many questions about what I LIKE, and came up with a design plan for 4 spaces. She was right on with my taste (not hers.) Within no time an order was placed. She was not pushy at all and went out of her way to make sure that I was happy. Cant wait for the new items to arrive!!!
