The quality was poor because my mother did not receive her flowers! The appeal was poor because Trish or Trista was just plain ugly on the phone. I will say that Jill tried to be helpful but maybe if the person (trisha?) that originally answered the phone would have told her that I did not place the answer on line but in person at the Fort Riley Kansas florist" in person" that information might have made a difference. So Thank you for ruining Mothers Day for a Soldiers Mother.
