Called Roses and Rainbows to order a funeral arrangement for my mother in law. I didnt give her but one days notice before the viewing, and I was ordering from 1400 miles away..I talked to the owner, Sylvia, and told her what I would like to have. She assured me that she could do it and at a very reasonable price. I asked the price of the delivery fee and to my surprise, she told me that she did not charge delivery on funeral pieces, because it "just wasnt right" --I thought maybe I had misunderstood, but no, I was assured that I had heard correctly. Still taken aback by that, we discussed colours and she assured me that for less than I was able to spend, that she would make it beautiful. Boy, did she EVER! The piece was AMAZING~more than I could have hoped for, and it was delivered to the funeral home before the family arrived for visitation.. Ive never seen that kind of compassion from a florist before, its usually about the $$ with cheap filler and decent work. I would recommend Sylvia and her shop to ANYONE looking to place an order in that part of IN. She is truly one of a kind.

I was coming from out of state for a funeral and called for a funeral arrangement that an online florist told me couldnt be done because there wasnt enough time (I needed it delivered the next day). I called and talked to Sylvia (who was EXTREMELY sweet and patient) and gave her the other florists arrangement number and when she called me back, she was able to do the same arrangement a little larger than the other florist for much less. It was delivered on time and was absolutely beautiful. Turns out that the family also used Roses & Rainbows for all the arrangements and they were all gorgeous. Thank you, Sylvia, for everything.
