I highly recommend using Plumeria for your flower arrangement needs!! Though I havent been to the shop in person I had the best experience ordering on the phone. I needed flowers sent to a family members funeral Service which I couldnt attend from out of state. The order was taken in a very professional but genuinely caring way. We took a little time to discuss options and I ordered feeling calm and assured that everything would be taken care of. -- To my surprise the night before the Service I received a photo text of the arrangement to see if I approved of them. That was a very nice touch. I was repeatedly thanked for my business and offered genuine condolences for my familys loss. After the Service my step-sister contacted me to say how beautiful and special the flowers were. (And the cost was very very reasonable too.) Really, what more could anyone ask for in a purchase from a business than all of the above? Im very grateful for the experience I had ordering here and based on that I think anyone would be happy using Plumeria.

I am so happy to have had Elisha as my florist for our wedding this past Saturday! She really went above and beyond my expectations! One of the nicest people I have met, she pays extra special attention to detail with her arrangements and everything was just absolutely beautiful! Elisha was so helpful and pleasant to work with! SO DISAPPOINTED! I live in Saginaw and ordered flowers for my mom in Kalamazoo. I was "routed" via the internet to this florist for my order. My mom sent me a pic and they looked NOTHING like the image I ordered. To make matters worse the roses were wilted and brown. Obvious "left overs" from Valentines Day. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Elisha is an amazing florist and an amazing person! She did flowers at my wedding and did a wonderful job. As everyone knows weddings can be stressful but after meeting with her I didnt worry about flowers once. The morning of the wedding it changed from an outdoor wedding to and indoor wedding and she did a great job decorating with no notice.
