I would give then zero stars if possible..I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my wife at work..I ordered a beautiful full and colorful arrangement...what was delivered liked like a funeral arrangement lacking color our even same type of flowers..3 times I called ftd about the order and my dissatisfaction...long story short log cabin flowers refused to make the order right. They pulled a bait and switch as far as Im concerned..Im finally getting a refund...lesson learned...They dont care if the customer is happy...would not recommend them to anyone..

I wouldnt even give them a full star. The flowers were nothing close to what was ordered. When FTD contacted them they agreed to deliver the correct order the next day and pick up the cheap ugly order. 2 days later still nothing. FTD contacted them again they said they just refused to take out another order after assuring me they would. Now a manager is involved and money is being refunded. Horrible place to do business with.
