Outstanding customer service!!! We ordered flowers for someone and they could not be delivered today as the recipient was not at home when they tried to make the delivery. When I called about the delivery, I spoke with Chris, (who answered after they had already closed!) and as she heard how special the occasion was, she offered to make the delivery (again!) on her way home. The recipient was ECSTATIC that we remembered her special day. Chris went out of her way to make someones day exceptionally special! It meant the world to us!!
