Honest company, and honest salesmen all the way around! Long review, but WELL worth it!! Let me tell you from my personal experience, the folks here will go above and beyond to help their customers, without a shadow of a doubt. As a new car buyer last year in September, I purchased a 2013 Honda Civic. Everything went absolutely great, I received a great deal on my old 96 Honda, and I left the lot extremely happy with my new purchase. Even after test driving the vehicle before, I found later that week that there was a scraping noise coming from the front left tire. Assuming it wasnt a big deal, I ignored it. About a month and a half later, I was struck by another vehicle (dumb luck, right?) in which I was not compensated fully due to the other driver not claiming obvious fault. After getting the damages appraised, I was informed that the scraping was coming from "frame damage" from a previous accident, seemingly undisclosed. I called Capitol Motors without avail, but again brushed it off and proceeded to get the work done. I had not realized however, that in my paperwork, although I was of course not covered by the manufacturers insurance, but I indeed had coverage of sorts through Capitol Motors. In addition, my boyfriend had pointed out that the inspection for my vehicle did not match the specifics of the sticker or paperwork, less the VIN number. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I had now had the damages to my vehicle repaired (to the best of my knowledge) through a work friend, but still came back to Capitol Motors to resolve the previous damage and inspection matter. After speaking extensively to Michael, who I honestly cannot be more grateful for throughout this process, he had the vehicle looked over by a shopsman. I ended up discovering the "work" I had done by this so called friend of mine was completely botched. What Michael decided to do was take in my car, have not only the inspection redone, but completely fix the dents and paint, replace two of the tires for inspections sake, AND figure out what was the problem with the front left tire. The man had even allowed me to drive one of their for sale vehicles, a 2015 Chevy Cruze, as a rental in the meantime (which went for 16 days), and after all of this I only paid a small percentage of what it would have cost me to go anywhere else. What the cost would be was discussed prior to the work so that no "swindling" could occur, and I appreciated that so so very much. My car now looks absolutely brand new, exactly the way it was when I first drove it off the lot and I couldnt be anymore happier with the end result. All in all, PLEASE contact and visit these guys (and gals) if you have any issues with your purchase, at any point in the process. I do recommend however that you go to them as soon as humanly possible. If I had known how genuinely set this company is on providing the best customer service and care they could, INSTEAD of relying on the false negative reviews you and I have probably seen scattered here, it would have saved me a great deal of money and a lot of headache. The staff here, are incredibly great people, I cannot say that enough. They truly want to help you in the best way they can, and I PROMISE you this review is 100% done on my part. No incentives, no gimmicks. This team deserves the credit for all the hard work theyve done and the wonderful care theyve provided. Thank you again, so much. Although it definitely was a roller coaster of a first time car buying experience, I really couldnt have found a better place for it to be. (:

I found a 2012 Mazda3 these guys listed on AutoTrader at a reasonable price and called and spoke with a "Jason" about it. I specifically asked him about the condition of the paint and body because its difficult to see flaws in average resolution images you find online in these ads and I was told the paint and body were in great shape. The car was clean inside out. So, I get a rental car and drive 2.5 hours to check it out... and the car was a complete piece of junk. Please understand, I AM NOT EXAGGERATING in explaining the condition of this car. Right away, I notice scratches that have gone through to the primer ALL OVER the car, one of the headlights was cracked and the tint was coming off one of the windows. I get in the car and there are not only cigarette burns on the seats, front and back, but ALL OVER the headliner. I had a friend with me who tried to roll up the window on the passenger side and the window was not even on the track and wouldnt roll up. There was also some sort of burn mark under one of the AC vents that I cant imagine how it got there. This car was a complete pile of garbage. Jason told me this car was in great condition, inside out. If he had mentioned any of these BLATANT problems, I wouldnt have wasted my time. He did ask me if I would be interested if they gave me a better price or fixed the issues. They genuinely could have knocked $2,000 off the price of this vehicle and I wouldnt have taken it. I told him there were way too many problems for them to fix and left empty handed and extremely pissed at the waste of my day and money for the rental car. If you live nearby, I dont see why it would hurt to look at their cars, but if you have to drive a considerable difference, just go somewhere else.

Worst dealership ever!..gave them $2000 as a deposit/down payment. The salesman Jhar told my husband to take the car and return it the next day to see if we like it or not. Well the car had so many problems, we asked to have those problems fix and we could have a deal; that was Sunday. They said we will call you on Wednesday when the car is fix. We waited for their call throughout the day and we decided to call since we didnt heard from them. Our calls were ignored the rest of the day when we finally got someone (when we call from a different phone #)they said they were busy and was put on hold for 10 minutes, twice! Then we talked to Juan the owner and he said he was not given us back our money or the car. He said he couldnt care less what we do...this was the worst experience ever. We went today and they only refunded $1550..they said they were taking money for their trouble of checking our credit. I do not recommend this dumpster to anyone not even to my worst enemy. They have junk for sale and on top of it they are liars, unprofessional, and thieves. Do not go there.

Bought an 07 ford edge from these guys, sounded like a great deal, nearly 2k under kbb. Well little did i know that my 10k suv would need $1,100 worth of work done to it a week later. The manager was nowhere to be found to help me resolve my issue. I have not yet made my 1st car payment, my car still had 30 days tags on it, 3 tow bills, diagnostic fees, parts, labor, bumming rides to work so i wouldnt loose my job. I go in saturday to go get my hard tags for a vehicle i havent even been able to drive but for 5 of the almost 30 days ive owned it. After coming in to get my hard tags, i was partcially reimbursted for the work i had done to my car, they also agreeed to put new breaks, and rotors on my car aswell as fixing a noise that was coming from my steering colum, also took my vehicle to be profesionally detailed. My issues took a while to get resolved, but in the end i love my vehicle and they handled the situation in a lengthy but professional way.
