This store is NOT safe for vegans, vegetarians, and kosher folks! I am a fan of WF for their house-made salads and prepared foods, when Im in a rush and willing to pay out the nose. Recently a friend told me about their vegan pizza, and I love me some vegan pizza! So, Ive been to this location occasionally to pick one up. Its always been an ordeal to order. They are always unsure if they have the ingredients, or even what the ingredients are. Im okay with waiting for the deli employees to figure out what they need, but this last time I watched in horror as the older woman making my pizza went to cut it with a knife, realized that wouldnt work, then grabbed the pizza cutter off of the ready made pepperoni pizza to slice mine up. The manager was very apologetic and helpful, and I felt reassured that this WF is usually on their game about not contaminating their animal-free foods. Sadly, today I got some pre-packaged Israeli cous-cous, and found a sad hunk of chicken meat burried inside. I question what happens behind that deli, and will not patronize this store again. Vegans be cautioned! Stick to the produce at this location.

Called trying to see if they had an item they sometimes have in stock. Waited over 10 minutes and was passed around to one incompetent employee after another before calling back to have them do the same thing! This store has a terrible selection and a fraction of the parking spaces they need. Gelsons has a knowledgeable staff and more organic products than this location, and there are two huge stores in this area with MORE than enough parking and space inside for its customers. If this location was a bar it would be shut down by the fire marshall for overcrowding but since its Whole Foods its ok!?!?

fight for a parking spot, hope the parking security guards are there. Never buy cheese there, even the vegan cheese is stale, a real accomplishment. Seriously, I have purchased rotten cheese there countless times, and even vegan cheese, the same kind I got at Ralphs, was horrible from Whole Foods. The help is getting better, but they need hospitality training. Funny how the liberal tree hugging people are ruder and less civil than the regular folks who work and shop at Ralphs. I still go because they have the best produce, but theyre rude and would sell you dung if they could.

Pros: Nearly every staff member is very nice, helpful and friendly. Cons:. Its the worst managed Whole Foods. Their stock isnt great. The hot bar is mediocre and unappetizing the bulk of the time. Deli service people are sub par and while not rude, nor are they customer service oriented, either. Thats in sharp contrast to the rest of the store staff which, with rare exception, is very nice and genuinely helpful.

This is nothing like the Whole Foods market you know. Go to any other Whole Foods. They should close this store down or upgrade the fresh food section and train the staff. It was a big waste of time and money as the "fresh food" was inedible and the "signature" sandwich had nothing to do with what was listed on the board. Ive been to Whole Foods across the country, I dont know how they justify this one.

One of the smaller Whole Food Markets, originally part of the Mrs. Gooch chain. The shelves are well stocked with traditional, natural Whole Food products. Fresh organic meat, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables are available. Vegan and gluten free products are displayed. Free parking in a tight lot. Wheelchair accessible including bathrooms, but some of the aisles are pretty tight.

I pass this place to and form work everyday. It sits in a tiny island of between streets of heavy traffic on either side. Sepulveda Blvd to its west and Saugus, a much smaller narrow street to its east. Either way, my anxiety flares up trying to park in WFM parking lot. Im a bit priced challenged for this supermarket, and no the parking lot sure makes my experience worse.

I am a regular Whole Foods customer from Northern California, but never have I been in a Whole Foods market more unfriendly than this one. No one wanted to help and every employee seemed bothers to be there. When checking out the "checker" got mad at me for running my card to soon and went on a rant. Please do not shop at this store....or do it at your own risk.

I come here at least once a week because they have items I really need, and I live close by. I have never looked at my receipt and not found a mistake. Im always overcharged. Sometimes I fight it, but often I let it go if its a small amount. The employees tell me people move items from their original places. Other stores - like Trader Joes never have an issue.

Im giving WF t stars even though there are things I dont like because there is nothing better around here. Ive been buying at this store (Studio City) for 15 years and am friends with many of the employees. WF and the Farmers Market is where I buy all my good. Im 100% organic and am in better shape than any of my peers so on the long run Im saving money.

they dont answer the phone! all those intelligent people working there and lots of them but they cant bring themselves to answer the phone! i wish the bakery was better and i wish they truly were not the whole paycheck store...i really have very little trust as far as WF goes - lots of bad press, and really the prices are exhorbitant! miss mrs. gooches!

Worst Whole Foods ever. Parking sucks (as usual with Whole Foods), you can barely move because its in a box, and they never have anything you need. Literally walked in one time with a list of 20 items I needed and walked out because they didnt have the first 10. Once again, first item on my list (Chobani Yogurt) they dont have it. Not coming back.

This location is located at the corner River Drive and Coldwater Canyon Ave. It is one of the smaller Whole Foods location. The isles are small and cramped when it is crowded. Parking is a little challenging at this location. There is only one way into the parking lot and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to turn into the parking lot.

Its the only place in the area, besides farmers markets, to get grassfed / grass finished meats and pastured eggs. also has a better selection of organic produce than anywhere near by, but its more expensive than the organic produce at other places. i usually only go for meat and eggs and get produce elsewhere. the chocolate selection isnt bad.

If you can get in at 7 or 8 am - youre golden but otherwise this place is a bit of a nightmare. Once traffic starts up youre taking your life into your own hands trying to get in to the parking lot. Also, for a market theres very little parking and its tight. The market is old and tiny but has all of the traditional whole foods goodies.

Its a great store but I go to other locations because there are always solicitors for one uber-liberal agenda or another trying to take donations every single day by the front door. Not that I have a problem with non-profits, but I dont like being hassled every time I go for groceries, I find homeless panhandlers less annoying honestly.
