I remember this place when it used to be called Templetons. Always stopped there after church or before leaving home to go somewhere. I really liked the changes they made and its really cool that it was in that J. Lo movie :D! The original owners were very sweet people. I havent been there in four years as I live thousands of miles away so I really dont know whats become of them but I hope they are doing well!

5 stars for the sausage croissant breakfast sandwich, free wifi, and salty management. Could do with improvements in several areas, but I suppose its brokenness is part of its charm (note - I do not condone relationships with humans wherein this particular characteristic is perceived as "charming" ... only stores / buildings / governments).

Its primarily a gas station. The food selection from the side counter is pretty good, their coffee isnt all that great and it takes a really long time. All in all, I like stopping here for gas and convenience store items, which is fine.

The folks who run this market are absolutely terrific. If you need a pick-me-up drop in and meet some great upbeat people who go the extra mile because they like what they do, and do it well. SmB

Rosedales store and gas station. Not 24 hr, but seem to be open early enough and late enough for the vast majority of us. No crowds, crime, drunks, panhandling, hitchhikers, druggies.

2015 owners are awesome! they are constantly getting new items and really making the deli a comfortable place. They are very happily involved in the neighborhood!
