This specific Plaid Pantry is the worst I have been to. Inventory is stuffed into the isles making it extremely confined. The line is normally about 10-15 people long and has a constant flow of people with poor hygiene. The wait to buy anything is excessive due to all the subway transactions must go through the one cash register. About 80% of the people who frequent this location are on food stamps and require several transactions to fulfill their purchase...never to forget the lottery tickets. I dont understand why 2 people cant be dedicated to running the 2 registers or why it is necessary to drop money into the safe every 2 transactions. This store also promotes the sale of alcohol to under age people by scanning every license but not actually looking at it to determine its legitimacy; all this system does is let the government know how much alcohol you purchase and makes it easy to copy the bar code on to a piece of paper for it to scan into the system. The parking lot is poorly laid out making it unsafe and hard to navigate. The only reason I go here is because it is the only convenience store on this side of the island. Someone please open a gas station near this place to put it out of its misery.

This store has rude smokers next to the entrance most times I have been there. Panhandlers, drug addicts, and homeless people also congregate in the parking lot and sidewalk in front of the store. Not a good experience to see supposedly "poor people buying armloads of cartons of cigarettes and booze and lottery tickets. Food cards seem to be used by many of the customers and the Subway shop in the store requires the customer to pay for it at the regular crowded lines, which usually go down the aisle. This store needs a complete overhaul.

This store is not as bad as it used to be. Yes there are homeless and drug addicts around there. But I know personally that staff is trying to take care of all of that. But when the police tell them there is nothing they can do. Then its not employees fault. Its the Police department issue. Im a regular at this exact store. And the staff are friendly. Its a tiny store. I think it feels like a friendly little place to go into.

Been here hundreds of times over many many years Im always in and out quickly staff is always friendly and the cigarette prices are great! I will continue to come here.

Went there to get a carton marlboro....had a coupon for $3.00 off a carton. Alychia the cashier pretend to enter it in but did not....and did not give a receipt.
