I wouldnt bother with this guy. I wanted to just get a rim re-spoked for a bobber front end and he said he wouldnt do it even though he claims he re-spokes wheels along with building custom bikes. If he doesnt have confidence in his own work, I dont want him working on my bike! Another shop, (Lonestar Customs, Bulverde) said no problem and determined the offset in 5 minutes on the counter!
