WORST EXPERIENCE TWICE IN ONE DAY. First waited outside to where no attendant acknowledged us (but did see us) so went inside and cashier told us we had to wait for someone. We waited another 10 minutes outside in the rain still with no acknowledgement. Finally someone approached us and she had NO idea what she was doing. We asked for an estimated wait time to where she responded "a long time." Very unprofessional. Gave her the keys and was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. They call and we assume the car is ready only to find out that we need a different kind of oil change. Something they should have instructed us about BEFORE we paid for the service. All around bad service, very unprofessional, and will NEVER be bringing my service to walmart again.

I called these guys twice today. Each time my phone call went unanswered. First call was approximately 3 minutes and second call was 6 minutes 15 seconds... 9 minutes hearing there phone ring. I guess They all take there lunch break at the same time at 12PM... .................. I called once more and finally was answered at 9 minutes 35 seconds. Great job wallmart.

Taken car there 6 times for an oil change. Average wait time is 3-4 hours when they only have 5 cars in the bay. By far one of the slowest tire and lube walmart ever. If you have nothing better to do, then this is a great place to come price is fair. Service and experience every time is awful and slow.

Tuesday afternoon 2 hours. Had to wait 35 minutes and was told 1.5 to get oil change. Pulled my car. Will take business else where.
