Finally decided to give the Nike outlet a try. First off, so manyyyyyy options, second, the people that work there couldnt be nicer. There was a lot of people there walking around trying on shoes but the employees were calm, smiley and more than helpful. Thats the first shoe store Ive been to in a long time that I actually felt like I mattered and the employees actually went in the back of the store to get a different size when I asked and didnt reply with, "what we have on the shelves is all there is." I wish it wasnt in opry mills though. That being said, I did find a great pair and noone laughed at me while I was jumping on the benches and doing squats and lunges with my daughter in my arms.

Cashier charged us twice for our merch. After the first "failed" transaction we asked to use cash and she said no its fine, but apparently it wasnt. Will work that out with the bank. The staff was helpful and the store was clean.

Not a variety of selections but overall customer service is on Fleek. I called this location and spoke to Alexa (pardon me if I misspelled your name) she was very polite and helpful.

Do not come to this location if you are looking for something specific. They have little selection and pretty good customer service.
