I like the friendly, helpful, and personal approach that your employees take in dealing with customers. I am a woman in my 60s who does not participate in any athletic activities but need good fitting walking shoes for my daily life. I also have a hard-to-fit foot so I especially appreciate the attention to detail given me so that I would leave with a shoe that really fits my needs. I highly recommend your business to my friends as I believe you provide the best customer service in Nashville. The running gear selection is excellent at Fleet Feet Sports Green Hills. They carry all the newest products including shoes, clothes, watches, nutrition and more. My favorite aspect, however, is the staff. They have a love for walking/running and understand the lifestyle. They are truly interested in helping each customer individually in selecting the best gear and they are interested in getting to know you and your active lifestyle, whether it be just starting out as a walker or an advanced runner.

I showed up 5min before closing on Sunday, and the staff was more than happy in helping me in finding new shoes! Best customer service I have recieved since I can remember. I am a hairstylist in a high end salon and told every client in my chair today to come get the "Right" shoes immediately! I was able to add 1.6 miles to my usual run this morning with less fatigue then ever!! 10+!! I will be back soon!

The sales service was great. I have a short foot with a high instep 6 1/2 W that is hard to find. They sized my foot and I had a choice which is almost unheard of in a store.
