I know this isnt a review for this specific location, but I just wanted to say how great my online experience was with Alumni Hall. I ordered something this morning and paid the $5 flat shipping fee (which was more than the item I purchased.) I then received an email from alumni hall this afternoon saying they were having free shipping through Wednesday this week. I emailed the customer service email and got a response within 10 minutes saying my shipping fee would be refunded. Just wanted to say how awesome the customer service team is, specifically Lindsey who I emailed with! Definitely a happy customer.

Great selection, nice selection of ORANGE items; I purchased a LS Nike t shirt, and realized next day, picked wrong size: they exchanged it no problem, even though I had lost receipt, and had cut tags off (dont do that). I going back today to get a couple polo shirts to wear on vacation. I just cut through Pennys and take a left to get there. I did see, and tried not to be offended by the Alabama stuff in one corner of store...
