The customer service here is excellent. I buy Oakley products through Standard Issue but I like to try the sunglasses on before I buy them. When I come to this location, I make it clear that I will buy them online but want to try them on. You would think at this point they would ignore me and move on to better sales but they are always understanding and more than willing to take the time to help me look at many different products. They are very knowledgeable about what is in the store and are also actually knowledgeable about what is on SI. When I need to have service on a pair of sunglasses, they treat me as if I bought from their store and take care of me the same. The staff here should be commended for their top notch service.

The store manager was wonderful to do business with. Very knowledgeable about the products, very friendly and very helpful. The store was clean and in excellent condition which is expected of a high end retailer. The product selection was great; there are almost too many to choose from but thats not necessarily a bad thing. I have a bigger head therefore I require larger framed eyewear and the store manager knew exactly what would look good on me and I ended up leaving with two pairs instead of one! He is good at what he does! The custom wall is fun to play with and I really enjoyed my experience in this Oakley store. Will definitely return for more eyewear soon!
