I was looking for a certain style of clothing upon my visit. After looking around and not finding it anywhere, I approached a staff member named Mary. She was very rude opening up my question with "What do you need" in a very rude manner. After a brief conversation she simply stated " I dont know where it is. But you can find it". After this she got walked away and started talking to another staff member completely ignoring me. I will be going farther with this issue. Her customer service is terrible and can just tell she doesnt want to be there.

Theres a lot packed into this store, which is great because it has a pretty good inventory. The downside is that theres so much in here that it gets cramped and its hard to navigate around other people. Kind of like being on an episode of hoarders.

A great place to stop for Nike gear. Holiday and sale prices offer great deals for both men and women. The store is has a lot of product but can feel a bit cramped as it is a high traffic store. If you love Nike, its worth the stop.

Two employees argued with customer about promotional offer. I had to step out of line and point to the four by two foot sign on the wall. Even then, refused to honor the full 20% off. This explains why the store is devoid of customers.

Great sales. And found exactly what I had been looking for. Cashier lady was super friendly, helpful and even got a stain out of the last size of a shirt I wanted!

Very crowded. The employees in the back were no help. The check out clerks were as nice as could be. So, so even for an outlet experience.

Staff is usually friendly, the customers usually arent. Not a good place for deal, unless you find something on clearance.
