This store have the worse customer service ever, me and my parents we feel so disappointed and disrespected by the staff who was in there, im pretty sure that was the owner and a lady, starting from no greeting when we walked in, i asked for a pen and a piece of paper to write down some information and this lady literally threw the pen on the table, later the owner started telling me about the prices, they does not care about customer needs, they just care about sell, he didnt give me any options, just the one who "works" for him. Honestly this is my last time in a Cricket store and also cricket service.

I never received the security pin number when I switched from the old cricket to the new cricket. This is very frustrating... Customer service told me I was supposed to receive this information when I purchased my new device.. NOT HAPPy
