I had an excellent experience at this store. Dale and Debbie were very knowledgeable and great at listening to my needs and directing me in the right direction. I did a great amount of research before buying this Sealy. I like their return policy - have only had my matress for a short time, but feel confident that they will stick by me should it be not quite right. Really liked this experience and would recommend them.

Excellent products and service! I stopped by mattress firm just to see options for a new mattress and I couldnt be happier I did. The store manager was a gem and so helpful. I was able to find the perfect mattress on sale and set up delivery immediately. The delivery fee was much lower than I expected. I could not be more pleased. And now I wake up without having neck and back pain!

I bought two mattresses and a box springs from Mattress Firm in Lebanon. I brought one mattress back within a month. The second mattress weve had six months. Weve hated it the whole time; we just do not have the money to buy more mattresses. When we do, we will buy it from anyone but Mattress Firm. I do not recommend that anyone buy anything from Mattress Firm.
