Well, before yesterday I was fine with this place. They have really nice furniture and great deals, but my television was broken during the setup of my bedroom set. They didnt really even try to do anything to make the situation right. Then they blamed my children!!! The guy stated that there were kids running around. My children were in their rooms and not running around. I probably would not have wrote this review if that was not said especially since it wasnt true. I had a really nice sofa and love seat on lay-a-way, but I guess I have to take my business else where. I could understand if they would have at least tried to handle the situation, but nothing but to blame my children. I would have given them a lot of business, but not after that experience. Make sure to watch as they are setting up, dont take your eyes off of them!!! TV been since in the same spot since we moved in our new home 3 weeks ago, now all of a sudden its broken!!!! Again, I have nothing bad to really say about this place, I just wish this situation could have been handled differently. I really liked the loveseat and sofa set I had picked out.

Customer service is decent while purchasing your products however my bed broke shortly after. A few years later I decided to purchase a bunk bed for my kids and the pieces that hook into the bed had fallen off while moving. hadnt been a year and after going up there for a resolution,I was advised there was NOTHING that could be done.
