I had no idea there was a "science" to picking out a mattress. With all their knowledge, they showed me exactly what I was looking for without all the annoying salesperson gimmicks. I think everybody should stop in before buying elsewhere. I went to a few stores after visiting Mattress Firm just to be sure I wasnt making an impulse buy & to get the best deal...I wasted my time. I cant believe how superb a "simple" mattress store can be. I wish they could teach customer service to other businesses so the shopping experience can be this easy everywhere I go.

We received great assistance in our search for a mattress for our murphy bed (wall bed). From helping with the proper dimensions to even calling around to find out how much it weighed, we felt like we were a priority and that our sales person actually was concerned that we would get the right mattress for this special bed.
