This is the worst Boost Mobile store I have ever stepped foot into. I paid my phone bill in cash and a week later when my phone bill was due, my phone got cut off because they said my bill was not paid. The store says on their sign that they are open at 9a.m so I went by at 10:00 a.m they had a sign up that said they were closed and today is not a holiday today is October 17th 2016. I went by again at 11 then again at 12 and the sign was still up saying they were closed. I have also called this specific store over 20 time from 10a.m to 2p.m and still no answer and their answering machine is full. Even when I call the 1800 number for Boost mobile technical support they say that the store did not post my payment that I have to get ahold of someone who works their because they are responsible for my cash payment that I made over a week ago. Let alone when I went to pay my bill the woman who was working at the time had all 3 of her kids running all throughout the store messing with phones behind the counter and messing with the cash register. This Boost mobile store is absolutely horrible and needs new management or a new owner. DONT EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS HORRIBLE STORE.

I switched to Boost Mobile about 4 years ago, and I was a little leary about changing providers. Boost proved to me that I made a great decision. We have 2 stores in Lebanon TN, both are owned by AJ, and he and his employees provide excellent customer service. Whether youre paying your bill or simply need someone to help you troubleshoot your device, AJ and his staff handle your request with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Awful and disgraceful. The "manager" forgot that we came in and paid our bill. So our money just vanished. Horrible customer service.
