service was horrible and the employees ignored us (and we were the only customers in the store). one employee was on his cell phone ordering a pizza and the other was too busy folding pieces of paper instead of showing us garage door openers. obviously they dont work on commission.

Highly recommend this place for your next major appliance purchase. They price matched other big box stores and even helped us load up the washer and dryer and saw it was deleivered to the house. The employees there were very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision.

A have had good service every time I have gone but once. I go there frequently. Things I want that they do not carry due to the stores size, they offer to order for me. I like the Craftsman brand.
