I have no problems with the pharmacy department for most part there is one lady there that has to be the meanest person Ive came across she is so rude to the customers and when I first started going there she treated me like dirt and Im sure it was because I have state insurance and Im on suboxan she has no idea why Im on what I am she pretty much considered me a drug addict which even if I was she has no right to judge me Im not sure what her name is off hand but she is a older woman with glasses and a little on the heavy side Im sure whoever reads this will know right away who Im talking about.I know for a fact Cvs has lost a number of customers due to this one person and Im so ready to switch also.....

This is the worst CVS pharmacy! I recently moved to Robinson and transferred my prescriptions here. For the first two and a half months they never had my prescriptions correct. One RX ready but not the other and vice versa. They wouldnt even look up my discount card that I used at a CVS 10 miles away. I had to call my previous CVS pharmacy and get the information myself, which they told me there was no reason for them not to see my discount card because obviously all of my information would have transferred. Also, the pharmacy staff is extremely rude and can never admit they are wrong nor do they offer a solution. Dont even waste your time!

:( I had a very bad experience today at this CVS. The Photo center wasnt working properly and I didnt find out until a half an hour in. Several employees saw me trying to use the computers and printers and said absolutely nothing. One lady that worked there kept telling people she found money on the floor from a customer and couldnt wait to go shopping and take shots after work. I will definitely never go back. There are so many other stores with friendlier employees.

Believe the first reviewer. Very poor customer service at the pharmacy I drop my refill off and said it would be a 1/2 hour and after 15 minutes they ask if I need help totally forgetting about my refill. Then they said it would be another 1/2 hour. They blame my insurance but CVS is my pharmacy insurance. Give this place 24 hours to fill a prescribtion it took me 50 minutes to get a simple refill.

Never had a problem here. They call when my medicine is ready. They call when my doctor sends a new medication. The staff is always friendly. The minute clinic is always quick if no one is waiting ahead of you. Longest Ive waited was 30 minutes and that is about average at any urgent care/ER.

Not refilling meds as requested. Then not accepting blame. Calling numerous times to tell me its filled then when I arrive its not ready and having to wait 45 min. Very rude ! The only reason I even go here is my insurance makes me

Pretty standard CVS in a convenient location. Although when I went during the other day it felt super quiet like almost walking into a library. Not sure if this is typical of this location.

A typical CVS store and pharmacy. Offers a decent selection of products for health & beauty and has a full service pharmacy. Plenty of parking, well lit.
