Horrible customer service. I walked in expecting to get cash back but changed my mind due to my uber arriving soon. I walked in 3 steps and right as I turned around to walk back out after changing my mind, the young lady working at 3:55pm greeted me but it was very condescending as if she were implying something. "Welcome to Walgreens, Yeah, Have A Good Day" with a scowl on her face honestly made me feel uncomfortable and prejudged. She then turned after calming her tone to a customer to ask if she had an attitude. I dont believe asking a fellow patron to intervene on a matter regarding another patron and employee was appropriate either. I ask that if able to and if video is of adequate quality that you review the surveillance from today 7/30/16 circa 3:55pm to see if you as a customer would have felt welcomed. If not I just ask that you train your employees on verbal and nonverbal cues they give off that may suggest or imply something negative.. Being in the customer service field myself for 3 years and from natural discernment, Im able to read between lines very well. If I hadnt felt mistreated, I surely wouldnt have wasted my time writing this and lowering this locations store rating.

I use to enjoy coming here for my cigarettes. But Jodi the manager and John were always rude to me. For no reason. John had hepatitis C from Harvey Rosenbaum who lives in Tamarac West Garden, who paid John for sex. Anthony liked me, we had sex and I enjoyed it. He is very cute. I liked him. But the staff got changed. A new cashier, his name is Chris. Is a fat white guy. Sharon Garcia who lives in Lime Bay, made a false report about me saying I was performing oral sex on Chris and his belly fat was bouncing on my head. Her friend Vivien Lieboff likes to steal her cosmetic brands from this store. They all do drugs together and come to the store to steal. Saul Garcia who lives with Sharon also made false reports about Chris, when he is a gay prostitute himself. Who charges $20 for oral sex on old gay men. Sharon, Saul Garcia, Harvey Rosenbaum and Vivien Lieboff all are pedophiles and need to be stopped. Vivien Lieboff lives in Leisureville at Boynton Beach, Florida.

Very unhappy experience! I was trying to get my medication, the same one I gotta before months ago {which I didnt have to pay} and for some reason I cant get it this time. I ask them nicely why, but they said it was off the counter. Impossible because my old one is exactly the same one wasnt off the counter and I didnt have to pay cause of my insurance. The cvs pharmacist responded very rude! Im pregnant, this medicine is important and i shouldnt be treated this way!

Not very happy with this store. I have to have a certain manufacturer on a certain med. that I take. Called them 2 times to remind them every time I have to get refilled. Drove down from Port Saint Lucie to pick up script, and but of course it was wrong manufacturer. What a surprise, I should of known it wouldnt be right.
