terrible experience yesterday... the cashier cant help me with my card because i only have the number and not the bar code, she cancel my transaction twice she told me to me call me manager she didnt call him i have to go and talk with the manager the manager told me to wait and never come to help me, then the cashier told my that she can applied a rewards that i have but not my cvs card and i have to pay i said i dont want because i want to use my card to get my rewards and applied a coupon that i have; she never help the manager never come, i wait more than 20 minutes until i figure out how to enter the card on the app and get the bard code so she can applied she was very rude and the manager never pay attention to me so sad

First time using this CVS and of course I went in with a problem! The Pharmacist obtained approval for a RX (I had been trying to call the doctor for three days without response), another staff entered my new insurance information and they had it filled for me quickly. Thanks CVS for understanding were all human and helping me out!

Senior pharmacists are good and caring but some of young folks are real rude. They habitually give you couple of hours for pick up, but prepares prescription right away. So when you reach home you receives text that prescription is ready. So yo have to go again. Real waste of time.

Every time I go to this CVS, the line is always long, there is no one to assist me in the isles. Also, when calling to ask a question, I was greeted by someone very rude and hung up on before I even finished speaking.

Has been my pharmacy for over 8 years. Never a problem, texts reminding of refills. Try to use drive thru, wait line for pick up or drop off inside the store is pretty bad .
