If I could give ZERO STARS I would! WALGREENS has become so expensive that I have priced the same exact items at the super Winn Dixie near us. & its everything from Colgate toothpaste to scope mouthwash! JC Walgreens is a lousy RIPOFF! Literally paying more than double many times! * sudafed brand sinus pressure tablets are $14.99 at Walgreens & at Winn Dixie is $6.99 for the same exact red box. Sudafed brand. Not some knock off that does not get absorbed into the body properly! Yes thats the DIFFERENCE with generics verses brand! Its not the ingredients... ask a great compound pharmacist like Dr. Chris O" at prescription pad in plantation Fl. But here is the ultimate rip off w Walgreens. My " Florida blue " health insurance teamed up w Walgreens! Yup! I am forced to fill scripts at Walgreens & only Walgreens. Only Walgreens can fill scripts for Florida blue!! So I am forced to get robbed. So that will be the new " horses ass" or GREED" for all of us to experience - coming soon" Ear drops prescribed - Ciprofloxacin - dexamethasobe 0.3% otic Drops WITH INSURANCE = $45 Online I found this same script for $5.99 up to $54. Want to get royally screwed? Go to Walgreens!! After all without good old fashioned "American greed" ....... why bother?

One of the worst experiences i have ever had at at walgreens. As i approached the register to pay there was no cashier available, i was in a rush for my kids go to school in the morning so without touching computer or scan gun, i passed my items through the red scanner to punch in my rewards number. I was then confronted by the worst employee named SYLVIA. She responded " so your that much in a rush you couldnt wait" with the upmost disrespectful attitude. She continued to go back and forth with me, the customer in trying to justify why she wasnt properly aware of her duties as a front desk cashier. And ended the conversation with "whatever". As a former walgreens employeed im astonished at how she came at me with out me even saying one word to her. She dosent deserve to work there. SYLVIA has the worst customer service ive ever witnessed.

This is my least favorite Walgreens in all of Broward county. One manager there in particular displays the worst customer service that Ive ever experienced and is even insulting. I shop at this store only when I have no other choice. Make sure that you never buy anything there that you might need to return as she will find any possible reason to either not accept your return or to give you back the least possible amount for the item. I tried to return a defective item and she refused to issue a refund. I took it back to another Walgreens and they were very courteous and had no problem with accepting the return and issuing a refund. I used to shop at Walgreens all the time where I used to live but I moved and now because this Walgreens is now the closest one to me, I very rarely shop at Walgreens. There are other options out there.

Jamás vuelvo por una prescripción. Me hicieron esperar bastante. Ya había ido hace dos años y no me gustó. Pero me queda cerca y Quise darle una oportunidad. Pero seguiré con mi farmacia de siempre. Es un antibiótico y otra medicina para el dolor Que le recetaron a mi hijo. No puedo creer que tarden tanto.

I strongly dislike going to the walgreens. It just seems as though all the cashiers are sooo sooo slow and when a discount is suppose to be applied they forget or dont bother to check- assuming the walgreens card would automatically pick up the discounted price. I always have to go back and get a refund or credit. Just a bad experience overall.

I absolutely love Gladys , a cashier and sales associate, at this Walgreens. She is so helpful, nice and always asks how me and my boyfriend are doing. shes become like family to the point where Id invite her to our wedding for sure. she just has to keep encouraging him and putting the idea in his head lol wink wink. (inside joke)

Pharmacy is totally incompetent. I live within a mile of this pharmacy and drive all the way to the Walgreens at Dykes and Sheridan so my prescriptions are filled correctly and timely.
