Navarro pharmacies and now CVS which is following the same path since they are hiring the same incompetent people, are horrible in the service they provide to the public. I have seen and suffered myself thousands of issues before. At this moment, I am feeling the need to expend my time in writing this review. Last week my husband Enildo received a notice that his medicine was ready for pick up. He has tried to pick it up 4 times and the system has been down, something that I perfectly understand since we just passed hurricane Irma. However, the inconvenient is not the system but how they manage the situation in a middle of a caotic moment with no lights on the streets, with curfews in place and so on. On Wednesday, September 13, 2017 I went to the pharmacy, 3 of the pharmacy employees, including the manager & the doctor spent the whole day sitting down doing NOTHING. The manager was not even interested in looking if the medicine was on hold. They were all talking and just telling, I guess, everybody they were closed. They gave me a list of Navarro locations so I could go visit & order the medicine. They did not even help me to give them a call to find out which one of their location could in fact provide my husband the medicine for blood pressure & arrhythmia. They don’t have a contingency plan. They have people that THOUSANDS of time are talking about personal problems and issues completely unrelated to pharmacy while you are waiting on line. They are INCOMPETENT AND UNABLE TO COOPERATE, HELP AND SOLVE A PROBLEM. I am really planning to move to another pharmacy like Walmart/ Publix hoping they dedicate more time choosing their personnel and demanding more respect to the public -Caridad Hernandez

Muy mal servicio. El manager llamado Enrique no me trato bien y me dio las espaldas mientras yo le pedía una información de un producto. Anteriormente estuve en Navarro y el nunca está. O se le esconde a los clientes. No recomiendo. Nadie visite este lugar.

Lo único que no me gusta de esta tienda es que hay muy pocas cajeras y se hacen líneas grandisimo de personas y se pierde muchísimo tiempo por gusto

Today I reducing the stars because the cashier put a costumer in front of my without said nothing. I dont know if is her family or friend but she treat me like nothing. This is the worst pharmacy around, they have the most extremely slow cashiers in the world. Everithing is clean and organized.

The description of the NAVARRO STORE IS VERY OLD IT SAID THAT IT IS OPEN FROM 8:00 A.M. TO 10:00 P.M. when it is open 24 hours.
