Customer service is pure non-existent. I have driven all the way out to pick up my prescription just find out its $700 and not covered or their computers are down after waiting an hour in the store for the pharmacy to open to just rude attitudes from staff. As a RN I understand peoples health depend on me and my health depends on being able to get my medications, but also when spending my money a thank you, or an apology when a mistake is made or even a call to save me a 30 minute drive in traffic would have been nice.

I work at a clinic and I called to figure out the prices for a cheap stimulant medication for ADHD. The man said he was really busy right now and wouldnt have the time. I was simply asking to know the cheapest prices. I called Rite Aid, Walgreens, CVS. And it took about 5 minutes to tell the prices and the difference why the prices ranged. I cant believe I have to rate them 1 star and I didnt even go to the place.
