I find that this cvs chooses to put their customers on hold for half of hour at a time, pick up the phone and hang up in your face and tries not to deal with customers over the phone after 8:40. I do believe that regardless of what, calling customers are the same as drive thru or walk in customers, but apparently not with this facility. My daughter has a severe cold and congestion as to where the cold leaks out through her eye and her throat is very irritated. Seems small to an adult but for a 5 year old, its completely aggregating. This CVS or shall I say whoever is on shift tonight may need to find another job.

Avoid CVS like you would avoid Polio, AIDS, or Ebola. Literally, THE most expensive pharmacies you can go to and yet somehow they are always WAY under staffed (nationwide), the stores are run down, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the drive throughs are falling apart. Its not just this location. Ive been going to CVSs across the country, once a month since I was 12, they are the WORST. I finally have insurance I can use at any pharmacy and I will never go to another CVS ever again, not even for water. Again, avoid like the plague.

The waiting time at the pharmacy is horrible, I was at the drive thru for more than 30 minutes.
