Como todo atendido por algunos hispanos incompetentes, una mierda como que si estuviesen dándoles servicios a unos animales. La verdad es cuando cambiemos la mentalidad de trabajar para el cliente, ese día seremos los mejores, pero con la mierda de personal que contratan nunca jamas. Me refiero en esta oportunidad a la farmacia.

Horrible service. I went to buy something, ask for help because could not find the item and they did not want to help me find the item. After had an issue with the Walgreens rewards card and they told me that they could not help fix my zip code on the card and I need to get a new card but I would loose the $5 rewards on my old card. I ask for the manager to give the phone number so I could call and he actually told me that he did not know the phone number. I ask him how is it possible a manager not know the phone number to call corporate. He simply reply: "I am not required to know the phone number from the company". Just bad!!!!

Keeps you on hold forever thats only if you actually get the physical store ant call center. I was told my kids medication that she really needed also would be ready in an hour, I went there 2 hours later and had to sit and wait for almost 30 minutes

GO TO CVS!!!! After they change the staff, the service went down, specially on sundays, that manager guy need a social skill course plus a costumer care classes!
