Una atención fatal mi esposo y yo fuimos tratando de hacer un envío western union a las 8:30 pm la supuesta manager Sandra le dijo a mi esposo vas hacer un envío tan tarde ??? Okay ahora que le interesa a ella a la hora que yo quiera hacer un envío despues q mi esposo le dijo q si ella dijo q el sistema ya estaba cerrado y q no se podía hacer y se empezó a reír ! Ahora mi pregunta cree. Q una persona asi deva de estar trabajando con constumer service ? Horrible porfavor

I have SPMS and Cancer for the fourth time. I previously got all of my prescriptions for ten years with another pharmacy. On July right after the removal of a cancerous tumor my insurance changed and the new insurance had a contract with Navarro. I started getting all my medications from there with no problem it is over 10k a month. This month I go to give my scripts and because the pharmacist is on vacation until the 18th my scripts cannot be filled. I blame this on the addicts that abused the meds, the DEA for creating a system that even the terminally ill, chronic and frail patients cannot be properly medicated. For the political spin on Obamacare & Governor Rick Scott. Rick Scott biast that Florida is in a surplus since he took over but he doesnt speak of the disabled he has cut funding to and added programs that dont meet our needs.

I bought a beach umbrella, and it was missing the bottom tock. An olderan with grey hair, the manager wouldnt gove me the other part to my purchase, was very rude, and refused to look in the log for my purrchase. VERY RUDE. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Ever since CVS purchased Navarro, the service, the amount of specials, the medications that are available, etc. has taken a HUGE dive! If this continuous, I am going to have to go somewhere else.... what a shame!
