Worst experience ever, to begin the appearance was dirty and outdated. I dropped of the prescription in the afternoon, provided all information and said I would pick it up the next morning. I had to tell the tech to verify medicine was available since its a controlled medication. Next morning I come in, they couldnt find the prescription. Then they had to call for authorization and after 30 mins I had to leave with no med for my child who needs it everyday before school. They did not do their work thr prior day and they have over 6 employees!! Its ridiculous they couldnt even give me a curtesy call to inform there was a delay or something and they didnt even offer 1 pill for my son to take for the day. First and last time I ever get anything filled at this place. They lack customer service skills.

This pharmacy lacks customer service skills. Greg, the Pharmacy Manager is rude, nasty and lies to patients regarding prescriptions for narcotic pain medication making the customer feel like a drug addict or drug dealer. The Man had the nerve to threaten to hang up on my when I called him. He also told me to do things that are unbecoming of a Professional Pharmacist. I had 6 major surgeries this past year. They tell you that things are against State of Florida and/or Federal law when they are not. They lie about their internal policies making it sound like they are laws when they are not. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. They even had the nerve to lie to my doctors nurse. I could go on for ever here but I think you get my concerns.

This was one of the coolest places ever! I am from Mo. Had some prescriptions to fill. They had several employees that seemed like a family. Even announced over the intercom the tech of the month and everyone cheered. It was charming and just like the old time pharmacies before the big stores took over. Had a little bit of everything and wasnt overpriced. Even the prescriptions were cheap as they had their own discounts. Also a gift shop with really cute stuff and adorable clothes you dont find everywhere. The staff was soooo friendly. Will make it a point to visit this shop everytime we come back. Everyone makes a mistake every once in a while. Think the review before mine was harsh. Recommend this place to everyone!

Pésimo el servicio, entrego dos recetas me dicen que me van a llamar, desde antes de mediodia me llaman a las 7:40 p.m. cuando ya estan cerrados, cuando voy al siguiente dia solo hay una receta ready la otra ni aparece, luego me dicen que lo van a arreglar, esperamos por la otra en la farmacia. No me gusta el servicio.

I went here one time and that was the last. I had pneumonia and got a prescription for tussinex from my doctor. They treated me like a drug addict and were very rude to me. I never went there again!!!
