Poor customer service. I waited in line for nearly 7 minutes while a employee returned then purchased an item. She asked Jessica "the Manager" to add points from the purchase to her account. Jessica proceeded.. Are you serious? There were 3 customers waiting behind me? When I informed them that we are waiting Jessica just starred at me. Didnt even apologize. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. She needs to be retrained ASAP! Long story short, I am NEVER shopping at this Walgreens because of how POORLY Jessica handled the situation.

Been having the worst experience on Store #3527 (125th st. 5th Av). Refill posted on 3/28 to get it by the ..30th. Getting just partials.. Supposed to get the difference today on 4/04 and just get another partial for only one day. Supposedly getting the rest tomorrow (4/05) Let see..

Pleasant workers throughout the entire store... Mostly. The cosmetic associate was a little impatient but as for the rest they were all happy and polite, often times whistling, and just being overall pleasant. Store had everything needed and seemed to be very well stocked.

Dropped off prescription literally when they opened. Came back 7 HOURS later. Scrip still not ready....... Laughable.
