I went to be seen for the care clinic and fastly realize that the nurse that works there set up her own schedule.... In the system it said that she was going to be out from 1 pm thu 130pm and i got there 1259... I understand that i was not going to be seen but the nurse had put a signed thatbshe she will not returned until 2 pm then i left because i wasnt going to be sitting there for one hour and when i retured at 1339 she was just walking in and had put me as been seen and she had change her returning time to 215.... When i addressed her she said that she had called me and that was a lie because i sas her walking with shopping bags to the back then i told her that i was there and she said that her returning time wasnt until 2pm and left so i asked for the manager he never showed up worst service ever....

I would strongly recommend that you do not use the Healthcare Clinic at Walgreens. This applies to both the store on McNabb in Tamarac and the store on Commercial in Ft. Lauderdale. They collectively offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced by a health care provider. I use the term health care provider loosely as health care service was never given. The only thing that was offered was rude and uniformed customer service. While the manager of each store was nice there was nothing they could do as the clinics are franchised. Based on my experience, I would only go to these clinics if I wanted to waste an afternoon, be spoken to in a condescending manner and not receive service.

The store is always understaffed, and the pharmacy is in complete disarray whenever we use this Walgreens. Prescriptions are always late & disorganized; they dont know whats going on. As an added "bonus", the store manager is unhelpful, and has no tact; hes extremely rude, and you can see it in how long he takes to help out customers. Avoid if possible. I dont normally write reviews.. but I feel I have to warn others.

Im a regular at this wallgreens and never had a problem with employees or managers in over 20 years going to them. Service is great and only thing I see is the people that I did see complain have the time or most of the time was their own fault.. not to say there are not a few that might be right but like they say the customer is always right .... lol RIGHT????

Not the best Walgreens I have visited, but not the worst either. Staff does their job, but nothing exceptional. The pharmacy is always super busy and understaffed. They couldnt figure out how to fill my daughters prescription so we had to take it to Walmart across the street.

I use this location almost everyday I have no problems & I also use it for all my prescriptions never had a problem either. Never came across a rude associate in here before either. Everyone is really friendly & always around if I need help.

Stay Away, Run away!!!. 3 days telling me they will call me back to verify insurance. They never called, no apology, no offer to help, no oops. I would give Zero stars but the system does not allow it. Please go to a CVS

Have been waiting for 25 minutes for a RX that they called yesterday and said was ready....now they cant find it!! Just awful service! Will NOT be using this Walgreens ever again!

Super Clean, Awesome Staff at the Walk-In Clinic. RX sent straight to the Pharmacy from Doctor to avoid the wait. Highly Recommended!!!
