Youre better off going to an actual Verizon store and this kiosk theyre nice at first and then when you have a problem with your phone theyre rude to you I got the Galaxy S7 and I didnt like it so I want to switch to the S7 Edge and when I got there they didnt have in stock so I had to wait two days and got the phone that I wanted and theres a defect on this phone so I try to switch it out again today 2-5-17 and didnt have any in stock so I have to wait another 2 days
