This UPS store is convenient for me because it is 5 mins away from my job. I dont have time to go to the post office by my house in the morning because I leave for work too early. So I often times use this UPS store to send out packages. The customer service is great. The gentlemen who runs the store is always kind and helpful. He is the only one working there so when they get busy the wait time can be too long because he does not have additional help. Other than that, everything is great! The inside of the store is clean and organized. Everything is easy to find. You can also do regular USPS. They come at 2pm everyday to pick up.

This store extremely friendly.. run by a young guy who is full of energy and always ready to go that extra step like figuring out the exact shipping address or calling up some customer care number to return a product etc.. The guy Romin Shah helped me return a product that I had been trying to ship from over 2 weeks at the easton ave ups store, which is horrible by the way.. Took a ride down New Brunswick road and Romin finished my shipping in under 20mins by going beyond what he was required to.. This will be my choice of UPS store.

On 3/19/2016 I went to this store to print 5 pages of documents. Usually the price is 10 cents per page. So the total should be 50 cents plus tax. However the man charged me $3.85 and he said it is because he plugged in my USB drive to his computer so the rate is different. Obviously he is cheating and he overcharged me too much. I will never go to this store any more!

The absolutely nicest young man is in charge of this store. I bring in boxes weighing between 30-50 lbs. every week. He stops what he is doing, props open the store door and goes to my car to retrieve the boxes for me! So courteous/polite on every visit. (Have never had such a friendly encounter at the other nearby UPS stores).

The worst ups store he is rude and he smokes in the store and walks barefoot ..when u call to ask a question he make smart remarks and is very short with the answers i HATE this UPS what a bad experience

Same rates as every other ups store ive shipped at. The owner did have an accent and was a little hard to understand, but was an overall nice guy that helped me ship my package.

This store charged like $30 for an two day letter (not early and nothing special) to Florida. I will never go there again.
