Worst experience ever! Ive been without a my phone for nearly a month. Do not buy the warranty through Radio Shack. Ive had to jump through so many hoops, and I still dont have my phone. The employees have done NOTHING to expedite my situation. Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy a phone elsewhere.

The guys knew more about cell phones than electromechanical engineering. However, I purchased the needed capacitor to complete my monitor repair. I tried to return the busted one, and informed the clerk as to what a blown capacitor looks like. I hope it didnt come of as talking down to him.

I must say best service I have ever have. The manager "Adam" was so helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed. He asked me so many questions to see what fit ME best and never tried to over sell me anything. Amazing!!!
