I ordered holiday card photos online to pick up in store. The employee I talked to in the store had no idea what I was talking about and asked me multiple times if I really meant I needed to pick up holiday cards. I figured I didnt need to explain that the holiday cards I was picking up were photo prints. They hadnt printed any of my order ahead of time and said I had to ask how long it would take. The employee said 5-10 minutes. I ended up waiting 40 minutes, so the employee didnt know how long print orders take to print. The print machine wasnt working correctly so they had to open up the front of it and take a look at what was going on. Thankfully nothing was wrong other than the photos werent being dropped into the external tray once they were finished being printed. At the end of it all, no one apologized for my wait, no one said, "Have a nice day," and when I asked if I could pay for the two print jobs on separate orders, I received two blank stares. I dont believe I said, did, or acted rude to any of employees. I waited patiently and still was met with poor customer service. I wont be ordering any photos or going to this CVS again.

Recently decided to change from Walgreens pharmacy to CVS. I Recited my birth date to the lady, even gave her my license so as to protect my personal information, and not announce my home address/phone to everyone in line. About 4 days passed , and I was in the area so I dropped by for my prescription.. Was not ready, they told me they had a problem with the birth date. Walgreens had no one for that birthday. CVS compounded this problem by not contacting me.. Gave them the number... Told them to call me when they got their act together.. Did receive a call later that day telling me they figured it out and my script was ready. As for the inside of the store, most of the store has a carpet on the floor. Looks a little run down in places. But , same selection as other pharmacies. Good selection of food items, chips, dip, cooler items. Customer service seems good, polite , asked if I found everything alright. The Pharmacy did correct their problem , and I was a satisfied customer. My experience at CVS was adequate..

The most incompetent pharmacy in Saint Paul. Had a prescription called in twice (confirmed that it was called in) and the highly intelligent people at CVS could not seem to find it. Perhaps check your voicemail or actually write down the phone calls you get. Some individuals actually need their meds and cant go for over three days without it. Never will go back here. Perhaps if they choose to quit wearing their asses as hats, it would improve their service.

My pharmacy was out of syringes, and CVS wouldnt sell them despite having a recently filled prescription in hand. Its the pharmacists discretion to not sell syringes but in effect its saying that you dont get to take your medications. Thats pretty darned cold. Walked down the street to Walgreens and it wasnt even the slightest issue.

selection of energy drinks here is great but there are a bunch of thugs who hang out in the hallway vestibule, and they say no loitering and this dude tryed to mug me more than a few times. Ill buy my daily monster someplace else

I have shopped here for over 2 years and the service has gone down hill, especially at the pharmacy. A 15 minute wait normal, dont go through the drive through, its even worse and you are stuck in line.
