usually pretty good staff but 1 guy said he cant sell me cigs cuz my 30 year old bf didnt have his ID...and every one thats with us had to be IDed. THAT I UNDERSTAND. However I asked him "so what about if I have my 2 kids with me ages 14 and 12?" he replied " no in fact they could even purchase them for you, but the entire sale would be at my discretion"... WTF... PLUS THE KID WAS UNDER 18 TO BEGIN WITH... ~~WALGREENS; U LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER WHOS BEEN TAKING HER FAMILY THERE SINCE YOU HAVE BEEN HERE! you follow us around the store because you apparently look like criminals all tatted and so on. So get used to a smaller pay check Cuz Im no longer funding you and your Prejudice staff.

I wasnt greeted at all. Not one staff said anything to me. At the register the cashier had a conversation with the lady before me. When it was my turn, it was the most uncomfortable checkout experience because the cashier did not say a word to me. Didnt greet me or thank me or say bye. Nothing. I even asked a question about how to deny cash back on the card reader and he did not say a word to me. I figured it out. He handed me the receipt. I said thanks, picked up my bag and left. Never have I felt so not welcomed in a store before.

The pharmacy staff at this store (Co Rd C and Rice) are extemely helpful and kind. I feel like they know I am an individual. When there was a glitch with insurance the pharmacist was on the phone before I knew there was a problem and I had my prescription within 15 minutes anyway. My only complaint is they rely on automatic phone system too much when I call to speak to the pharmacist. I left a message to speak to the pharmacist and I got a call from their phone system.
